Other precautions?

①The following types of phones cannot be used: locked phones, phones of telecom operators' own brands, 3G phones, modified phones, and phones produced in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
② Do not jump out of the screen arbitrarily during the process of enabling and joining eSIM, so as to avoid the phone's misjudgment resulting in the deletion of the eSIM plan.
③ Please ensure a stable network during the joining process to prevent the phone from crashing or failing to identify the plan, which may lead to the failure of the eSIM plan to be added and deleted.
④If the eSIM plan is deleted before it is used up or without being determined by the supplier's customer service staff, it will not be reissued or refunded.
⑤ If the eSIM plan continues to show "Enabling" on the phone after being added, please turn off other data plans in the phone first, wait for the new plan to be enabled, and then change it back. Do not delete or modify it manually.
